Stop calling and hnging up at a busines place. Unprofessional annoying & disruptive

Pain in my ass...

Called my cell phone. Left no message at 12:50 Pacific Standard time.

I received a call @ work asking to speak to my immediate supervisor and then my boss gave me a phone # and case # to callback and reference. The caller would not give a name or call relation explanation to my supervisor. When I called the phone # back a woman answered with a baby in the background telling me to hold on and knew who I was by caller id @ my job before I even stated my name or the reference # they gave to my boss. A guy named Rick Davis got on the line very rude, trying to verify information about my last 4 of my social security which didn't match and I wouldn't give him any further information he became very rude and unprofession in speaking. I told him to have a great life and hung up on him.

This company is helping consumers lower the supply rates on their utility bills.Supply companies in deregulated states are all in competition with each other.This is a good thing!(0ne phone call could save you $200.00 annually,depending on you usage)I live in Atlanta and whatever my utility charges me I have no choice. Whether the caller ID says "McDonald's" or "Save you money", Mr customer you should listen or call your utility to verify information. (I WOULD RECOMMEND DOMINION RETAIL.THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE LOWEST RATES AND SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL REDUCTIONS ON GAS & ELECTRIC BILLS)
